Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American Vietnamese business owner living in Orange County, California. Alongside my amazing partner JP and the happy-go lucky father Henry. A majority of my followers are familiar with me from my Instagram @annephung where I document my life - the highs, the lows and everything inbetween. In 1990 I moved to America along with my parents and brother as I reached the age of one-and-half. If it wasn't for my parents' passion for dedication and hard work it is likely that I would not share my story. With the opportunity to have the best life possible, I wanted to do the best I could to please them, and determined to achieve my goals. I had a plan to attend school in order to finish my studies and secure an employment that was good. And then I wanted to have a family and a wife. That was my ideal of what success would look like. However, life was not so keen on my ideas. In 2013, I found I disliked my corporate position. While the pay and the status was great but I did not feel that the work was satisfying. It was more like I was simply doing nothing but wasting time. When I started to take steps toward a new direction in my life, I began to discover that I was a personal trainer and what I wanted to do. I am a lover of exercise and enjoy working in the company of people and am eager to help them. In 2014, I founded my small company and it will be my 7th year anniversary by 2021. There are a few Asian females working in the field. My aim in the industry is to build a more durable and healthy lifestyle that meets the needs of my customers. Also, I'm dedicated to empowering others so they can achieve their goals, pursue their passions and live the life of your dreams. When I began my professional profession, the loss of my mother was the biggest hit to my personal life. She fought a long and arduous struggle with scleroderma, and now rests in Heaven and is with me in my mind and heart always. There is a lot we can learn from the world, even if we may not be able to see it now. There are many ways that my mother's passing affected me in many ways. It is my belief that she provided me with another chance to experience her loss. When she passed away on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was the perfect time to start her new life, and also I was given a second chance at living the most happy, joyful and meaningful life. At the age of 30, I have a sense of living and being alive. I'm not feeling as if I'm just a mere existence anymore. I am sharing my experiences with you in hopes that you can resonate with my words and experiences for you to be aware that you're not the only one, to know that you are beyond capable of anything you put your heart into. that true love exists that therapy is not a problem and to be healthy is truly the greatest form of wealth. Because death is all there is in this world, I hope you enjoy living your life to the fullest and leave with no regrets.
