Noureen DeWulf was born the 28th of February 1984 at New York City. The desire to be an actress was never a thing. Her journey began as she enrolled in the School of the Arts at Boston University. The career of Noureen began shortly when she finished her degree. Her first auditions were for different roles. She was cast in 2005. was cast as a key character in an upcoming film titled West Bank Story. West Bank Story premiered in 2005 at Sundance Film Festival, but was also featured in different festivals across the globe. Also, it received an Oscar nod for Best Live Action Short Film in the 79th Annual Academy Awards in the year 2007. This was the beginning of Noureen DeWulf's success. The performance she made as a character in American Beauty brought her worldwide recognition and accolades in 1999. After Ghost World, which was well-received in 2001 and won her the Golden Globe Award nomination, she appeared on American Beauty.
